Swimfee is a Meet Entry System that incorporates a User Dashboard with easy-to-use click through screens and has forward thinking Meet Entry functionalities.

How it works for Clubs

Create your FREE Account

All accounts have full functionality and are not resrticted in any way.

Add your Meet

Either you can add your Meet using our simple click through screens or you can send us your Meet Pack with Entry Files and we'll preload your Meet for you! By default all entries are processed with seeded times from Rankings.

Finalise your Meet

Confirm your accepted / rejected entries and we take care of the rest! Once the Meet has been finalised we automatically process your authorised refunds and populate your Entry Files (SportSystem).

FULL SERVICE ADMINISTRATION

CLUB - Entry Closing Date

- All Entries returned with Rankings seeded times. If allowed by the Promoter, swimmers without ranked times are able to manually enter times.
- SportSystem Entry files supplied by the Promoter are automatically populated.
- Race fees charged by the Club are paid out in full.

- Authorised refunds are automatically processed back to the Swimmer.
- Payment invoices are immediately issued and communicated.
